Senior Director, Integrated Marketing
Who are we? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! ABOUT THE ROLE Cohere builds frontier AI for the enterprise. We're hiring a Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to bring our demand engine, product marketing, and field/partner motion under one strategic roof. This is the senior marketing leader most accountable for pipeline. You're the person who turns Cohere's product, brand, and category narrative into qualified enterprise opportunities for our sales team. Sub-functions report to you: Product Marketing, Web Marketing, Growth, and Events & Partnerships. You'll work with the Chief of Staff on planning, budget, and operating cadence, and with the Marketing Operations Director and her analytics team on attribution, forecasting, martech, and the dashboards your pipeline number lives in. The demand engine only runs if you and the analytics group work as one team on measurement, and building that partnership is part of the job from week one. This role is built for someone who has done it before at a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company, and is ready to do it again at the frontier of AI. WHAT YOU'LL RUN Integrated marketing strategy - Build and run the integrated marketing plan against Cohere's annual pipeline and revenue targets, by segment (enterprise, mid-market) and by region (NA, EMEA, APAC, Japan). You'll build it with the Chief of Staff, who holds the planning calendar for the wider marketing org. You will carry the pipeline number for marketing Growth & demand generation - Manage the Growth lead across paid media, SEO, lifecycle/email, web conversion, ABM, and developer-led acquisition. Set the demand strategy with them: efficient pipeline from both top-of-funnel demand (broad-reach campaigns, content syndication, paid) and bottom-funnel ABM into our priority accounts. Product marketing - Manage the Product Marketing lead, whose team runs positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, pricing/packaging input, launches, and sales enablement. Partner with Product and Research leadership to translate frontier capability into language enterprise buyers actually care about: business outcomes, security, deployment flexibility, ROI. Events & partnerships marketing - Manage the Events & Partnerships lead as they build the partner marketing motion with our cloud, SI, and technology partners: co-marketing campaigns, joint field activity, partner-sourced pipeline. Hold events to a pipeline standard. Team leadership - Manage and develop three established leads as direct reports, plus their teams of ~[20–35] across the three sub-functions. - Set the operating cadence with the Chief of Staff: weekly pipeline reviews with Sales, monthly QBR-style reviews internally, quarterly planning with Finance and RevOps. HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED Primary: - Marketing-sourced pipeline ($ and # of opportunities) - Marketing-influenced pipeline - MQL → SQL conversion rate and velocity - Cost per opportunity / pipeline ROI Secondary: - Launch impact (pipeline generated within 90 days of major launches) - Event ROI (pipeline per event $) - Partner-sourced pipeline - ABM account engagement and penetration in named accounts - Sales team NPS / enablement satisfaction WHAT YOU BRING - 15-20+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 4–5 years leading multi-function marketing teams at a high-growth enterprise SaaS, cloud, data, or AI/ML company. - A demonstrable track record of owning a pipeline number, not just contributing to one. You can walk us through the campaigns, the math, and the trade-offs. - Experience managing across at least two of: demand gen / growth, product marketing, field/events, partner marketing. Bonus if you've covered three or more. - Fluency in the modern B2B marketing stack: Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, an ABM platform (6sense, Demandbase, or similar), and attribution tooling. Comfortable in a dashboard, not just a deck. - Experience marketing to technical buyers (engineering leaders, data/ML leaders, CIOs) and selling technical products. AI/ML, data infra, dev tools, or cloud experience strongly preferred. - Operating range: comfortable on a board-deck slide and on the floor of a trade-show booth in the same week. - Excellent cross-functional leadership, particularly with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS: - A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch. - Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health. - RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme. - 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent. - Annual enrichment benefits: Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit. Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching. - 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!) - Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite. HOW AND WHERE WE WORK: - Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon. - For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events. - For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city. - Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly. Product Security Engineer, North Security
Join us! WHY THIS ROLE Enterprises hand Cohere their most sensitive data and put our models inside workflows they can't afford to get wrong. Securing that means working on problems the industry hasn't settled yet, what authorization means when an agent acts on a user's behalf, how to contain tools that consume untrusted input, and whether tenant boundaries hold when a model can be steered by the data it reads. The established playbooks only take you so far. We're hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to work these problems alongside the engineers building the products, reviewing architecture and code, threat modeling before implementation, testing what ships, and turning what you learn into defaults other teams inherit. This is a hands-on engineering role, not an advisory one. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead security reviews. Review architecture, code, and security-sensitive changes. Identify both individual vulnerabilities and the recurring design patterns behind them. - Secure AI-powered products. Evaluate risks such as prompt injection, unsafe tool use, identity and delegation failures, excessive agency, data exposure, tenant isolation, and sandbox escapes. - Threat model new capabilities. Identify trust boundaries, abuse cases, and high-impact failure modes before implementation. Translate findings into practical, prioritized mitigations. - Perform hands-on testing. Investigate suspected vulnerabilities, develop proofs of concept, assess exploitability and impact, and partner with engineers through remediation. - Build scalable guardrails. Develop secure defaults, approved patterns, reusable controls, review requirements, and automated checks that reduce recurring risks. - Strengthen engineering capability. Pair with engineers, document practical guidance, and help product teams develop durable security expertise. - Influence risk decisions. Explain technical findings, business impact, and remediation options clearly to engineers, product leaders, and executives. YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF - You have strong software engineering fundamentals and can independently understand, test, and contribute fixes to production codebases. - You are proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript. - You have led security reviews or threat models for complex production systems and can point to meaningful design or risk improvements that resulted. - You understand common vulnerability classes and their underlying design failures, including injection, authorization flaws, IDOR, SSRF, unsafe deserialization, race conditions, cryptographic misuse, and software supply-chain risks. - You understand modern application architecture, including web applications, APIs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems. - You can reason rigorously about untrusted input, authorization, isolation, identity, delegation, and data boundaries. Direct experience with agentic AI systems is valuable but not required. - You have driven security improvements involving multiple engineering teams, including situations where influence mattered more than authority. - You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. NICE TO HAVE - Experience building or operating security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, custom linters, or policy-as-code. - Experience securing multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise software, or systems that process sensitive customer data. - Offensive security experience through penetration testing, red teaming or security research. - Experience operating or participating in a vulnerability disclosure or bug bounty program. - Contributions to open-source security projects, published research, conference talks, or credited vulnerability discoveries. Senior Recruiting Coordinator [fixed-term contract...
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Anthropic, you'll be the go-to on: owning end-to-end coordination, serving as the subject matter expert on pipeline health and capacity, and supervising the scheduling automation, including deciding when a candidate needs a human instead of the automated path. Beyond scheduling, you'll partner directly with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to drive process improvements, own the escalation path, and ensure seamless coverage across your pod. You'll lead coordination projects as needed from problem to adopted solution, and help define what this role becomes as tooling evolves. Responsibilities - Automation Supervision: Run the scheduling tools for your pod. Set them up, check their output before candidates see it, and decide when a loop needs a human touch instead of the automated path. Every intervention is a judgment call you own. - Pipeline & Capacity: Serve as the subject matter expert on your pod's pipeline. Work directly with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to surface bottlenecks, flag capacity concerns, and recommend what moves first when things are tight. - Complex Scheduling: Own the high-stakes scenarios end to end: changes, cancellations, and rescheduling decisions, made independently while keeping stakeholders informed. - Escalations: Own the escalation path for your pod. When interview plans arrive incomplete, scorecards lag, or declines pile up, you flag the pattern and drive it to resolution with your manager behind you. - Project Work: Own projects end to end, from problem to adopted solution. - Coverage: Coordinate coverage across your pod during absences and surges so candidates never feel the gap. - Candidate Experience: Keep the experience high-touch and warm, including the recovery when the automation gets something wrong. You're the point of contact who can always say where things stand. You may be a good fit if you have - 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, with demonstrated experience in high-volume complex scheduling environments - Hands-on fluency with AI tools in your daily work, and the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to override it - Proven ability to own and improve processes, with examples of leading projects or initiatives that drove measurable impact - Strong partnership skills: you know how to work alongside Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers as a collaborative, trusted advisor - Excellent judgment and the ability to make independent decisions on scheduling changes and prioritization - Clear, professional communication skills with a talent for keeping multiple stakeholders aligned - Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem solving. You don't wait to be told what to do - A genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and our deep commitment to AI safety Work Details & Compensation - Base salary: €90,000 annually (non-negotiable) - Location: Remote - Duration: 12 month fixed-term opportunity - Employment: Directly through Anthropic - Benefits: Anthropic benefits, no equity during the term The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: €90.000 - €90.000 EUR Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring our first Demand Generation Lead for EMEA, Middle East and Emerging Markets. You'll own how LangSmith shows up in the region and how that turns into pipeline from partnering with performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, integrated campaigns and webinars to build a localized campaigns. You'll be deciding what works in the region, run the experiments to prove it, and then scale what works into a repeatable regional playbook. You’ll be a builder with central support from our US demand gen, product marketing, and marketing ops teams. Location: London or Amsterdam (one of our EMEA office hubs). WHAT YOU'LL OWN REGIONAL DEMAND STRATEGY AND PIPELINE - Build the EMEA demand plan: which markets, which segments, which channels, and what each is expected to return - Own an EMEA pipeline target and report against it sourced and influenced, by channel and by market - Decide how the regional demand budget gets allocated for localized programs. FULL-FUNNEL PROGRAM EXECUTION You'll own the whole mix for the region and be hands-on in all of it: - Paid digital: partner with performance marketing to support localized 3rd party promotion, paid search, paid social, and retargeting strategy, including account-level and contact-level targeting to give sellers air cover in named accounts - Webinars: run a regional cadence across live demos, thought leadership webinars, technical workshops, and customer stories, in local time zones with local speakers where it helps - Integrated campaigns: adapt global LangSmith narratives and build region-first campaigns when the market needs something different - Lifecycle: build segmented nurtures and post-event follow-up for regional leads, with attention to language and time zone. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP - Work directly with EMEA AEs and SDRs to understand what converts in-region and co-design follow-up plays that drive pipeline. - Partner closely with Field Marketing to build joint regional plans, align priorities, and create a coordinated interface into the sales team. - Support new-hire ramp by identifying warm signals, share campaign hand-off details, marketing programs, and proven outreach plays reps can use in their first 90 days. - Collaborate with RevOps on targeting, routing, campaign tracking, and reporting to improve regional execution and pipeline visibility. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS - Track record of building demand programs in EMEA across multiple countries, with a clear view of where localization matters and where it doesn't - You've personally run paid, webinars, lifecycle, and ABM - You write the copy, build the landing page, pull the report, and launch the campaign - Comfortable with a technical product and a technical audience. You don't need to write code, but you should be able to hold a conversation about agents, evals, and observability without a script - Strong partner to Sales. You've worked shoulder to shoulder with AEs and SDRs and you're comfortable with a pipeline number - Fluent in the numbers: funnel conversion, CPL, cost per SQO, pipeline contribution, and attribution's real limits - Working command of a modern stack, Hubspot, Influ2, Qualified, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Zapier, SFDC, Reo.dev http://Reo.dev, and Clay - Comfortable with ambiguity and true ownership - Salary Range: 95,000 GPB - 125,000 GBP + Equity Compensation Philosophy: We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
You don't wait to be told what to do - A genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and our deep commitment to AI safety Work Details & Compensation - Base salary: £75,000 annually (non-negotiable) - Duration: 12 month fixed-term opportunity - Location: Remote - Employment: Directly through Anthropic - Benefits: Anthropic benefits, no equity during the term The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Strategic Projects Lead, Recruiting
About the role We're looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to take on recruiting's most complex, cross-cutting work: the high-stakes decisions and initiatives that span many teams and don't fit neatly into any one group's remit. You'll bring the structure, coordination, and follow-through that help these get made well, and see them through as the company scales. You'll work across every team that touches hiring, and you'll move work forward through partnership, not ownership. The job is influence: bring the right people together, make sure decisions are principled and well-documented, and keep recruiting's approach coherent over time. You'll be the most senior individual contributor for how recruiting operates, and success depends as much as on building trust across senior stakeholders with different priorities as it does on building good systems. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in complexity and ambiguity. You know recruiting well enough to feel where it breaks, and you're energized by holding several very different problems at once and driving each to a clear resolution. Key responsibilities - Take on recruiting's biggest ambiguous bets: define the problem, ship the smallest testable version, and hand each one off as a repeatable program before moving to the next - Own the operating rhythm across the teams that support recruiting, so we plan, review, and decide as one function - Spot recurring friction and fix the system behind it, not just the case in front of you - Own process design when company-wide changes run through recruiting, and drive them to real adoption with the partners who own the build and the comms - Be recruiting's DRI for headcount and workforce planning, including hiring pace and readiness for new regions - Own the operating standard for interviewing, like scheduling lead time and interviewer load, and lead the cross-team diagnosis when it slips - Turn analytics into standards and simple SOPs, and build documentation a new leader could pick up without you in the room - Keep the right people informed at the right time without becoming a bottleneck, and stay fluent in our recruiting systems and data so you can call the downstream impact of any decision You'll partner directly with the leads for Recruiting Systems, Analytics, Interview Programs, and other teams. You won't run their teams or build their systems, but you'll know each well enough to make calls that hold up across all of them. Minimum qualifications - Have 8-10+ years in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or people/talent roles at a fast-growing company, with increasing scope over time - Have been part of a talent team or partnered closely with one, and understand how recruiting operates day to day - Think in systems: you see how the pieces connect, anticipate downstream effects, and design fixes that work across team boundaries - Have owned several complex workstreams at once and made hard prioritization calls without much guidance - Set the strategy and vision for your area rather than executing someone else's plan - Create structure and clarity in genuinely ambiguous environments - Have put AI to work in real workflows: redesigning process, automating the repetitive layer, and shipping faster - Test the smallest version of an idea in the real world before building the big one, and say clearly what you're not doing and why - Can lose a decision cleanly: disagree, commit, and execute with full credibility, knowing which calls are reversible and which aren't - Have taken a big process or policy change through an organization end to end and made it stick - Close the loop, hold the bar, and finish the unglamorous work Preferred qualifications - Experience running recruiting or talent operations at global scale - Working knowledge of recruiting compliance, like OFCCP, GDPR, and regional employment law, and how it shapes process and systems decisions - Experience in deep-tech environments with technical recruiting complexity - Experience operating across multiple time zones and jurisdictions The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $235,000 - $300,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Technical Architect
About the role Claude Code is changing how engineering organizations build software, and most of them need someone to show them how. That's you. Technical Architects help customers get real work done with Claude Code, Claude Tag (Claude Code as an agent in Slack), and the enterprise admin controls that decide whether a rollout succeeds. You'll teach customers, partners and Anthropic's own field teams. Just as important, you'll train the trainers who carry that knowledge to everyone else. We're hands-on AI engineers who would rather teach than sell. You'll work alongside customer engineering organizations, teaching them about Claude Code and shepherding rollouts with advanced admin knowledge. Most weeks you're in front of an audience with Claude Desktop or a terminal open: thousands of engineers on a public webinar one day, a customer's platform team in their own conference room the next week, office hours in between. The prep material often reaches you the day before. The team is growing quickly this year, scope will grow as new products ship, and the people who join now will shape how it works. Responsibilities - Teach in every format. Take a standing rotation on Anthropic's public webinars in front of thousands of engineers at a time. Lead workshops and multi-day onsites, in person and virtual, built around a customer's own codebase and questions. Host office hours and multi-week cohorts where engineers, partners, and account teams bring live problems. - Teach the teachers. Run train-the-trainer programs for customer technologists and champions, and certify them to deliver Anthropic's material. - Empower admins. Educate enterprise admins on the technical requirements for a strong rollout by guiding them through single sign-on, permissions, connectors, spend controls, data-handling policy, and other advanced topics. - Build fast with Claude. Turn a request into a polished deck, demo repository or plugin within a day, using the tools you teach. Explore new features the day they ship. Pick up a teammate's material and deliver it as if you wrote it. - Bring field signal back to product. Tell the Claude Code, Claude Tag and Cowork teams what customers run into, specifically enough that they can fix it. - Be the technical voice in the room. Partner with account executives, customer success managers, Applied AI Architects, support engineers and partner leads. - Travel. Expect 30 to 50%, in bursts around onsites, workshops and events. You may be a good fit if you have - 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect, developer advocate or similar. You still ship code and regularly teach engineering audiences. - Current engineering range. You've shipped code other people depend on. You can go deep with a senior engineer anywhere in the stack. You use Claude Code or a similar agentic tool every day and have opinions about it. - Big-stage presence. You've held large live audiences. You sound practiced with material you got that morning, and a broken demo doesn’t faze you. - Range in one conversation. You can go from banter to a rigorous design discussion, and both feel natural. - Care for people. You do right by a struggling customer, and you won't leave a confused room behind. - Initiative. You build things without waiting for permission, and you say when an idea is half-formed, including your manager's. - Steadiness when priorities shift, timelines are short and colleagues are under pressure. - Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving industry and product suite. - A stake in safe AI. You care that large organizations deploy AI responsibly, and you want to help them do it. - You love being on the frontier. You want to work at the edge of what’s possible and help define what comes next. Strong candidates may also have - Depth in enterprise identity and security review (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, SOC 2, HIPAA). - Experience running Claude on Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI. - Time with regulated industries or with systems-integrator partners. - A public record of technical teaching: talks, courses, videos or writing. - An interest outside technology you can talk about with the same energy. Head of Strategic Startups
About the role As Head of Strategic Startups at Anthropic, you will own the strategy, organization, and commercial outcomes for Anthropic's relationships with the world's most important AI-native startups. This is the segment where the next generation of category-defining companies is being built on Claude, and where Anthropic's commercial, product, and partnership decisions compound fastest. You will lead a team of Account Executives who own Anthropic's most strategic AI-native accounts, and be accountable for a revenue line spanning expansion, retention, and net-new strategic wins. Beyond running the business, you will define what "strategic" means for Anthropic in the startup ecosystem: which companies we bet on, how we structure partnerships with them, how we engage investors and accelerators, and how the signal from this segment shapes our product roadmap and go-to-market model. You will be a member of the GTM leadership team and a visible voice for Anthropic in the startup and venture community, helping ensure that the companies defining the future of AI choose to build it safely, and with us. Responsibilities: - Set the multi-year strategy for Anthropic's Strategic Startups business, including segmentation, coverage model, partnership structures, and investment priorities, and secure executive alignment on it - Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, including hiring, coaching, and developing sellers and establishing a strong operating cadence across the team - Own the segment's revenue plan and P&L-level outcomes, including forecasting, capacity planning, quota design, and resource allocation, with direct accountability to GTM and company leadership - Personally lead Anthropic's relationships with a portfolio of the highest-leverage AI-native startups, engaging founders, CEOs, and CTOs on multi-year commercial, technical, and partnership agreements - Design and negotiate novel commercial and partnership structures (credits programs, strategic pricing, co-development, joint go-to-market) that create durable, mutually beneficial relationships with breakout companies - Serve as the executive voice of the startup segment inside Anthropic, bringing structured customer and market insight to Product, Engineering, Pricing, and Finance and influencing roadmap and packaging decisions accordingly - Partner with Enterprise Sales, Solutions, Partnerships, and Customer Success leadership to define handoffs, shared accounts, and escalation paths as startups scale into enterprise customers - Establish the systems of record for the segment: account planning, customer health, executive business reviews, deal governance, and the metrics leadership uses to run the business - Represent Anthropic externally with founders, investors, and at industry events, articulating our approach to safe, frontier AI and why it matters for companies building on it - Lean in to support building Anthropic's presence across the startup ecosystem. You may be a good fit if you: - Have 15+ years of experience in enterprise or technical software sales, with 7+ years leading sales teams - Have been a founder or have worked previously as a Business Development leader securing large contracts. - Have owned a significant revenue line with full accountability for plan, forecast, and results, and have a track record of consistently outperforming it - Have built or materially scaled a sales or account management organization, including designing coverage models, compensation plans, and operating rhythms - Bring deep, first-hand familiarity with the startup ecosystem, including relationships with founders, venture investors, and accelerators, and an instinct for identifying which early-stage companies will become the ones that matter - Have sold or led sales of technical, consumption-based, or platform products (APIs, infrastructure, developer tools, ML/AI), and are credible in conversations with technical founders and CTOs - Have structured and closed complex, non-standard commercial and partnership agreements at the executive level - Are a strong cross-functional leader who has influenced product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions well beyond your own organization - Are analytically rigorous and comfortable making decisions with imperfect data in a rapidly evolving market - Are motivated by Anthropic's mission and care about how frontier AI is deployed, not just how fast it grows Strong candidates may also: - Have led a startups or emerging-companies segment at a cloud, infrastructure, or AI platform company through a period of hypergrowth - Have founder, operator, or venture experience, and understand the pressures and decision-making of a high-growth startup from the inside - Have built ecosystem programs (startup credits, accelerator partnerships, investor programs) that meaningfully drove adoption of a developer platform - Have hired and developed leaders who went on to run their own organizations - Have experience leading through a market where the product and competitive landscape shifts quarterly The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. We're looking for someone who has already led a success business in regulated environments and wants to build the operating model that lets it scale. Responsibilities: - Directly manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers covering Financial Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences enterprise accounts — the Regulated Industries book — across all Anthropic products. - Own the hiring plan for the team, including sourcing for regulated-industry experience, onboarding and ramp design; later, hire and develop team leads and shift to managing through them. - Coach the team on success practice specific to regulated customers. That includes navigating compliance, procurement, security and model-risk reviews; building champions across business, technology and risk functions; change management under strict controls; and value realization across consumption and seat-based models. - Drive team accountability to core CS metrics: expansion (consumption growth, adoption), customer health, retention (NRR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT). - Join strategic customer engagements and escalations, with executive presence in front of CIOs, CISOs, chief risk and compliance officers, heads of business lines and board-level sponsors. - Build and refine the regulated-industries success methodology. Success planning frameworks that map the governance path to consumption; QBR and executive-briefing templates; security and compliance readiness playbooks; reference architectures and expansion playbooks that transfer from one regulated customer to the next. - Partner closely with the Regulated Industries sales organization to align on account strategy, set clear ownership between AEs and CSMs, and manage handoffs so long deployment cycles don't stall between teams. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal and Marketing to advocate for regulated customers' needs and translate field signal into product direction. - Establish an AI-first, innovation-focused team culture; improve team processes and deepen hands-on product expertise. - Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and career development planning for direct reports. - Own portfolio-level planning and forecasting, including renewal-risk mitigation and consumption development across the regulated book. - Serve as the escalation point for at-risk customers and complex situations in the team's portfolio. - Develop advocacy assets for regulated customers: case studies, references and reference architectures that can be shared within compliance constraints. - Champion responsible AI deployment practices with customers and represent Anthropic's values in every customer interaction. You may be a good fit if you have: - 10+ years in customer success, account management or customer-facing roles, with 5+ years of front-line management experience; 2+ years of experience managing managers. - Direct experience driving a Success business with regulated customers — financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or comparable regulated sectors. That means working through compliance, procurement, security review, risk and legal gates and consensus-building across executives to get to consumption. - A proven track record of managing and building customer success teams in SaaS, API or AI/ML companies. - Experience managing enterprise portfolios, including accounts with $1M–$100M+ annual contract values and deployment cycles measured in quarters, not weeks. - Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in organizations with many decision-makers and no single owner, and to coach a team to do the same. - A strong understanding of both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with a record of driving adoption, expansion and value realization across them. - Experience developing repeatable frameworks, playbooks or enablement programs that other teams adopted independently of you. - Technical fluency to understand AI/ML products and the deployment, data and security considerations regulated customers raise. - Working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance frameworks these customers operate under e.g. HIPAA, FDA and healthcare data-security requirements - Strong executive presence with both business and risk-side leaders. Represents Anthropic credibly in a CISO or model-risk conversation as well as a CFO one. - Strong business acumen: articulating value, calculating ROI and driving customer business outcomes. - The ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and to context-switch between coaching, customer engagement and operational planning. - A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality - Passion for responsible AI development and for helping customers transform their businesses with cutting-edge technology. AI Deployment Specialist, Beneficial Deployments
About the role As a Deployment Manager on the Beneficial Deployments team, you will guide customers from a signed contract into a live, governed, and adopted deployment so that customers achieve tangible impact rather than simply incremental improvement with Claude. You'll guide organizations from contract signature to production deployment across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and our API products, fundamentally changing how they work and deliver on their missions. You'll be the technical hands that switch Claude on. Before any organization can drive adoption, before any champion can ship their first workflow, someone has to connect Claude to the customer's identity provider, get the right people provisioned into the right workspaces, and walk their CISO through how it all comes together. That's your work. You turn "we've signed the contract" into "our employees can log in, with the right access, under the right policies, the way our security team expects." This is a high-leverage role where you'll pioneer scalable activation methodologies that enable hundreds of nonprofit customers to unlock transformative use cases and realize measurable outcomes at unprecedented speed. You won't just follow playbooks. You'll design the frameworks and repeatable processes that can be deployed consistently across diverse customer environments, and you'll shape them into programs that reach customers we could never serve one at a time. You'll operate at the intersection of technical deployment, enablement, and program design. Some days you'll be in the weeds with a customer's IT team debugging a SAML assertion; other days you'll be stepping back to ask how the last ten deployments should change the next hundred. Your systems-thinking approach will directly shape how we activate customers, and your strategic management will ensure every customer achieves meaningful outcomes within their first 90 days. By identifying patterns across activations, you'll build replicable approaches to organizational change while maintaining the agility to customize solutions for each customer's unique transformation journey. Responsibilities: - Own the complete activation journey from contract signature to production deployment, orchestrating cross-functional resources and customer teams to ensure rapid time-to-value across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products. - Deploy Claude inside customer environments. Configure and troubleshoot SSO (SAML), SCIM and JIT provisioning, MCP connectors, admin policy templates, and seat-assignment logic across Okta, Entra ID, Ping, and Google Workspace. Deliver informative transitions to Support for deeper issues that require investigation or engineering support. - Act as a trusted advisor to customer CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup. Bring a clear point of view on best practices, help security and IT leadership make the design decisions that determine whether a deployment holds up over time - Light up the capabilities that make Claude valuable. Enable and govern MCP connectors to the customer's systems, ensure Skills, Projects, and other capabilities are turned on and configured for their use cases, and work with their IT team on the approvals and OAuth consent this requires, so that day one feels ready - Design and scale activation frameworks by identifying patterns across deployments and building templated playbooks that balance standardization with customization for breakthrough outcomes. - Turn playbooks into programs. Package what works into repeatable, increasingly self-serve motions (deployment checklists, admin enablement sessions, onboarding cohorts, Claude-powered guidance) so that activation quality no longer depends on you being in the room. - Drive organizational transformation by developing change management strategies, rollout plans, and Train-the-Trainer programs that build internal AI champions and catalyze adoption across customer organizations. - Define and track success metrics across activation rate, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, using data to continuously optimize the motion. - Channel customer insights back to Product, Support, and Security teams, serving as voice of the customer so that repeat deployment blockers get solved once. You may be a good fit if you have: - 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as implementation management, technical account management, technical onboarding, solutions consulting, or customer success, with a track record of running multiple concurrent enterprise deployments with documented handoffs. - Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations. You've worked with (or inside) them and you understand how they differ from commercial enterprises. - Hands-on, sustained ownership of enterprise identity integration work. SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2, and JIT provisioning across at least two major identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, Ping, Google Workspace). You can debug a broken SAML assertion or a misconfigured SCIM attribute map without escalating, and you know when a Support handoff is the right call. - Experience advising CISOs, CTOs, or IT leadership on enterprise governance and setup for a SaaS or AI platform, with an informed point of view on org topology, access models, RBAC, and OAuth. - Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR) sufficient to anticipate what a customer's security review will ask, and to know when to bring in our AI Security Specialist. - You've designed, shipped, and measured programs that serve many customers at once: onboarding cohorts, enablement series, admin academies, lifecycle or engagement motions. You naturally ask "how might we scale this?", turn 1:1 moments into 1:many programs, and instrument what you build so you know what's working. - Hands-on fluency with AI in your own workflow. You've prototyped, generated content, analyzed accounts, or replaced internal processes with LLMs, and you can talk concretely about what worked, what didn't, and what's next. You don't wait for AI tooling to arrive; you build it. - Organizational change and enablement experience including developing rollout strategies, navigating stakeholder resistance, building internal champions, and designing programs that drive adoption at scale. - Comfort building in ambiguity. This is a new role on the team, and what you build becomes the template. You'll thrive creating structure where none exists, adapting quickly as the business evolves, and learning continuously. - Data-driven and metrics-oriented. Experience setting and tracking success metrics from day one, using data to optimize approaches, and demonstrating impact to diverse stakeholders. Senior Engineering Manager, Capacity Engineering
About the Role Anthropic manages one of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure fleets in the industry — spanning multiple accelerator families, CPU families, and clouds. The Capacity Engineering team is responsible for making sure all of our infrastructure resources are accounted for, well-utilized, and efficiently allocated. We own the data, tooling, and operational systems that let Anthropic plan, measure, and maximize utilization across first-party and third-party compute — one of the company's largest areas of spend. As the Senior Engineering Manager for Capacity Engineering, you will lead the team that builds and operates these production systems. You'll set technical direction, grow and develop a team of senior and staff-level engineers, and be accountable for the reliability and correctness of surfaces that leadership, research engineering, inference, infrastructure, and finance all depend on. This is a hands-on leadership role: we expect you to stay close enough to the systems to review designs, make sound architectural calls, and step into an incident when the team needs you — while spending most of your time on people, priorities, and cross-organizational alignment. The team's work spans three overlapping areas, and you'll be responsible for balancing investment across them as business priorities shift: - Data platform — Pipelines that ingest occupancy and utilization telemetry from Kubernetes clusters, normalize billing and usage across cloud providers, and serve the BigQuery tables the rest of the org queries against. Consumers range from research engineers to finance to leadership, so this is product work as much as engineering. - Planning and Assurance — Making the state of the fleet legible and actionable in real time: cluster health tooling, capacity planning platforms, alerting on occupancy drops and allocation problems, and systemic fixes to scheduling and fragmentation. - Efficiency — Measuring and improving how effectively every major workload uses the hardware it runs on, across training, inference, and evals. Building benchmarking infrastructure and per-config baselines, then partnering with system-owning teams to close the gaps. Key Responsibilities - Be hands-on, lead and grow the team. Hire, onboard, coach, and retain senior and staff engineers. Set clear expectations, give direct and timely feedback, run performance and leveling conversations, and build a team culture that values ownership, rigor, and collaboration. - Champion your internal customers. We build for our own use cases, so the teams that depend on our systems — research engineering, inference, infrastructure, and finance — are your customers. Engage with them directly, bring what you learn back into the roadmap, and lead the team in building tools people genuinely want to use. - Own the roadmap. Translate company-level compute strategy into a prioritized engineering roadmap across data platform, planning and efficiency. Make explicit trade-offs when priorities compete, and communicate them clearly upward and outward. - Set the technical bar. Review designs, weigh in on architecture, and hold the team to production standards — well-tested Python and SQL, latency and completeness SLOs, gap detection, and on-call that is sustainable. - Run the team as a product organization. Ensure the team gathers its own requirements, defines schema contracts, and designs for a wide range of consumers — from research engineers to a CFO. Treat data quality and discoverability as first-class deliverables. - Be the primary partner for cross-functional stakeholders. Work closely with infrastructure, inference, research engineering, and finance leadership to align on capacity decisions, efficiency targets, and spend. Represent the team's data and recommendations to senior leadership. - Drive operational excellence. Own reliability and incident response for load-bearing systems, establish SLOs and on-call practices, and continuously reduce operational toil so the team can spend its time on higher-leverage work. - Scale the function. As the fleet diversifies (every new provider is a net-new integration), anticipate where the team needs to grow in headcount, skills, and systems — and make the case for it. What You Bring - Experience managing software or infrastructure engineering teams, including hiring senior engineers, managing performance, and developing people into larger scope. - A strong technical background in production systems — data engineering, infrastructure, distributed systems, or observability — with hands-on experience you can still draw on when reviewing designs or debugging with the team. - Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes-based infrastructure, and modern observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). - A track record of setting and executing an engineering roadmap in an ambiguous, high-autonomy environment with many stakeholders and shifting priorities. - Excellent communication skills: you can explain a utilization metric to a research engineer and a spend forecast to a CFO, and you can advocate clearly for your team's priorities with senior leadership. - Comfort owning operational responsibility for systems the company depends on, including on-call and incident management. Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading teams working on capacity planning, resource management, product engineering or FinOps at a hyperscaler or in a large-scale ML environment. - Familiarity with accelerator infrastructure — GPU metrics (DCGM), TPU utilization, or ML training and inference systems at the hardware level. - Experience with multi-cloud billing and telemetry normalization (billing exports, reservation APIs, commitments, on-demand capacity reservations). - Experience building or leading internal data products with self-service access, schema contracts, and documentation. - Background in scheduling, packing efficiency, or profiling-driven optimization of large distributed workloads. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 - $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. ABOUT THE TEAM OpenAI develops models that can reason through complex problems and hardware designed for the demands of advanced AI. AI for Chips connects these efforts: applying increasingly capable AI systems to the work of semiconductor engineering. Our goal is to help engineers develop better chips and shorten design cycles. This work brings research, model training, and hardware expertise together to build tools that engineers can use on real designs, with correctness and measurable performance at the center. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Research Engineer to help OpenAI models solve chip-design problems through reinforcement learning, tool use, and evaluation. You’ll own experiments from the initial idea through implementation and analysis. That means building environments and evaluations, running training, investigating failures, and using the results to decide what to try next. You’ll also build the software needed to make those experiments reliable and reproducible. We value strong coding fundamentals, careful experimental judgment, and the ability to make progress independently. Prior chip-design experience is helpful, but you can learn the domain alongside the team’s hardware specialists. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Build RL environments and evaluations for tasks such as RTL generation, design verification, and physical design optimization. - Develop and test approaches that help models use chip-design tools and improve power, performance, and area while preserving correctness. - Design experiments, establish baselines, and measure whether improvements hold up on new tasks and designs. - Investigate failures across model behavior, rewards, evaluation tools, and experiment infrastructure. - Improve iteration speed through better tooling, faster evaluations, and proxy rewards that reflect the outcomes we care about. - Turn successful experiments into reusable research code and training workflows, working closely with researchers and engineers. YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU: - Have strong programming and debugging skills and a track record of turning technical ideas into working software. - Experience with reinforcement learning, model evaluations, post-training, or other applied ML research. - Experience building tool-using agents, reward functions, or automated evaluation systems. - Can form clear hypotheses, design useful experiments, and distinguish meaningful results from noise or evaluation errors. - Work independently on ambiguous problems and make practical decisions about what to build or test next. - Stay close to the implementation and can explain what you built, what failed, and what you learned. - Communicate progress clearly and collaborate well with people across research, software, and hardware. - Care about developing safe, beneficial AI. NICE TO HAVE: - Familiarity with experiment orchestration, distributed training, or research infrastructure. - Experience with RTL, Verilog/SystemVerilog, EDA tools, formal verification, or chip-design automation. To comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates for this role may need to meet certain legal status requirements as provided in those laws and regulations. Field Marketing Manager - ASEAN
ABOUT MISTRAL Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems—across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector—co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. ASEAN is one of Mistral’s most important and fastest-growing markets in APAC. We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing presence across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This is a highly entrepreneurial role and a new position within the team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Mistral shows up across a diverse set of markets — from Singapore and Indonesia to Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Taiwan — working closely with regional sales, global marketing, partners, customers, and senior stakeholders. You’ll bring together two important parts of our go-to-market strategy. First, sovereign and public sector. You’ll help build trusted relationships with government and public sector organizations through thoughtful executive engagement, policy-led conversations, roundtables, and high-touch experiences. Second, enterprise growth. You’ll work with sales to build demand and accelerate opportunities across some of the region’s most important and highly regulated organizations, including financial institutions, telecommunications companies, energy businesses, and other strategic accounts. This is an opportunity to build the playbook rather than inherit one. You’ll have significant ownership over strategy and execution, with the autonomy to experiment, move quickly, and see a direct connection between your work and Mistral’s growth in the region. WHAT YOU'LL DO CREATE EXCEPTIONAL FIELD EXPERIENCES - Own the strategy and execution of regional events, industry conferences, executive briefings, customer experiences, and intimate leadership gatherings. - Develop experiences that go beyond traditional events — creating meaningful conversations between Mistral, customers, partners, and industry leaders. - Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from developing the program concept to being on-site to make it happen. CRAFT THE REGIONAL MARKETING STRATEGY - Develop and execute Mistral’s field marketing strategy across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, translating global priorities into locally relevant programs. - Work closely with regional sales leadership to identify market opportunities, priority accounts, and the programs that can have the greatest commercial impact. - Build scalable approaches that can work across diverse markets while retaining the local relevance needed to engage customers effectively. - Establish a clear view of marketing performance, from engagement and account penetration through to pipeline and revenue contribution. BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC SECTOR - Create high-touch marketing programs for government and public sector audiences, including executive roundtables, policy discussions, VIP briefings, and delegation visits. - Help position Mistral as a credible and trusted partner in conversations around AI, technology, sovereignty, and digital transformation. - Work closely with sales and leadership to create meaningful engagement with senior government and public sector stakeholders. ACCELERATE STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS - Partner with enterprise sales teams to develop account-based marketing strategies across priority accounts. - Create highly targeted 1:1 and 1:few campaigns designed to open doors, deepen relationships, and accelerate complex sales cycles. - Develop programs for strategic accounts across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, energy, and other regulated sectors. - Connect campaigns, events, content, and executive engagement into cohesive account strategies that move opportunities forward. SUPPORT THE REGIONAL ECOSYSTEM - Develop joint marketing and go-to-market programs with strategic partners, including systems integrators, telcos, technology partners, and global service providers. - Work with partners to extend Mistral’s reach across fragmented markets and create new opportunities for customer engagement. - Identify new partnership opportunities that can strengthen Mistral’s position across the region. BRING THE REGION'S VOICE TO MISTRAL - Represent the needs, insights, and opportunities of ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan within the global marketing organization. - Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to adapt global messaging, campaigns, and assets for local markets. - Bring a deep understanding of local customer needs, cultures, regulations, and competitive dynamics to inform our global strategy. - Identify what is working in-market and turn those learnings into repeatable approaches across the region. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience in field marketing, demand generation, regional marketing, or GTM within enterprise B2B technology, software, AI, infrastructure, or a related environment. - Strong experience working across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and/or Taiwan, with an understanding of the different commercial and cultural dynamics across these markets. - Experience marketing to enterprise, regulated, or public sector audiences, ideally with exposure to financial services, telecommunications, energy, or government. - Experience creating high-touch executive programs such as roundtables, VIP briefings, customer events, or policy-focused engagements. - Strong understanding of account-based marketing, with the ability to build programs around strategic accounts and complex enterprise sales cycles. - Experience developing joint GTM or co-marketing programs with partners such as GSIs, telcos, hyperscalers, or technology providers. - A strong commercial mindset and ability to connect marketing activity to account engagement, pipeline, and business outcomes. - Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior sales leaders, customers, partners, and executives. - A strong communicator and storyteller who can represent Mistral confidently with senior audiences. - Someone who is highly adaptable and comfortable working across different cultures, markets, and ways of doing business. - A hands-on operator who enjoys moving between strategy and execution and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. - High ownership and low ego: you’re comfortable creating structure where there isn’t one, making decisions quickly, and taking responsibility for the outcome. WHAT WE OFFER We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. GTM Strategy & Ops Lead - APJ
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. About the role This is a greenfield, high-ownership role. You'll be the first GTM Ops leader on the ground in APJ, building the operational infrastructure that enables our go-to-market team to move fast, forecast accurately, and scale sustainably across the region. You'll partner directly with the President of APJ and broader GTM leadership to stand up the core operating cadences, design territory and coverage models, and drive the strategic analyses that shape how we grow across APJ over time. This isn't a role for someone looking to maintain what's already been built — there isn't much yet. It's for someone who gets energized by the blank page, earns credibility through rigor and craft, and wants to be the person who shapes how a world-class GTM operation comes together in a new region. What you'll do - Serve as the embedded GTM strategy and operations partner for the APJ sales and GTM team, acting as a trusted advisor and operator to regional leadership - Build the core operating infrastructure from scratch — forecasting cadences, pipeline review processes, territory design, quota frameworks, and performance visibility - Drive regional business reviews and strategic analyses to identify trends, surface opportunities, and inform GTM decisions at the leadership level - Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Enablement, Data) to develop go-to-market strategy and resource plans for ANZ and APJ - Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales team performance; provide data-driven recommendations that align with broader business objectives - Lead high-impact regional projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the APJ revenue organization - Serve as the connective tissue between the APJ GTM team and the global rev ops and strategy function — ensuring alignment, sharing what's working, and advocating for what the region needs - Hire and lead a team across APJ You may be a fit if - You have 15+ years in revenue operations or GTM strategy at a high-growth technology company, with meaningful depth in sales operations — not just analytical support - You've operated as a true business partner to GTM leadership, not just a data provider — you shape priorities, influence decisions, and earn credibility in the room - You've built operational infrastructure in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment — you know what good looks like and can get there from zero - You have experience at a SaaS or consumption-based company and understand how that model shapes forecasting, metrics, and territory design - You're comfortable with ambiguity — this role involves real open questions about how a region builds and scales, and you'll help answer them - You're strong analytically, with the organizational rigor to manage multiple priorities and the communication skills to influence senior stakeholders - You have experience building territories, comp plans, and quotas for GTM teams and are fluent in Salesforce

ABOUT THE ROLE ElevenLabs is building the creative suite for the AI generation. Millions of creators and marketers already use our platform to generate speech, music, images, and video — and many of the world's best creators already talk about our products organically. It's time to turn that signal into a real program. We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from zero to one. You will own the entire channel: strategy, creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, briefs and creative direction, campaign execution around product launches, and measurement. This is not a coordination role — you will be the owner and operator of a channel we believe can become one of our biggest growth levers. We are looking for the top 1% of people in this industry. The right person has already taken an influencer program from nothing to something — with real numbers to prove it — and wants to do it again with more budget, a better product, and a faster team. You have sharp taste in creators and content, you negotiate deals that work for both sides, and you think about influencer spend the way a performance marketer thinks about paid: in terms of true incremental impact, not vanity metrics. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook - Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our creator, marketer, and developer segments - Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal - Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content - Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative - Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo attribution model), and make continue/pause/scale calls on every creator and agency based on true ROI - Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend campaign reach - Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales beyond you REQUIREMENTS - A proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a meaningful, measurable channel — you can walk us through the before and after with real numbers - Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X, including non-standard structures (performance hybrids, ambassadorships, usage rights) - Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and the judgment to make budget calls when attribution is imperfect - Sharp creator taste — you can tell which creators will move the needle for a product like ours and which will just burn budget - Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing authenticity - Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product marketing, data, and legal - A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape — you follow the space, use the tools, and have informed opinions about where things are headed BONUS - Built or scaled an influencer program at a creative tools, AI, or developer-facing company (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Notion, Runway, or similar) - Managed 7-figure annual creator/sponsorship budgets - Experience on the agency or creator side of the table — you know how the other side negotiates - Built adjacent programs: ambassador, affiliate, or B2B thought-leader partnerships - Multilingual capabilities GROWTH POTENTIAL We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: - Lead the influencer and creator partnerships function as the program scales, building a team around you - Expand into broader creator/community growth ownership across ElevenLabs brands - Move into growth or brand marketing leadership as the Growth org evolves LOCATION This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to collaborate across EST–CET timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Technical Customer Success Manager, API
Perplexity's API Platform brings our work in AI, search, and agent orchestration to developers. Our customers range from AI-native startups to some of the world's largest technology companies. Working with them, alongside our own developments in building Perplexity’s core application gives our team direct exposure to how search, models, and tools are used to build and scale AI-native products and applications. ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a technically fluent Customer Success Manager to help our API customers succeed and shape how we support them as the business grows. You will own a portfolio of customers, understand what they are building, and help them move from evaluation to production and broader adoption. Alongside your accounts, you will lead projects such as product and endpoint migrations, customer enablement, and communications for product updates and incidents. You will work directly with customers developing AI products and with the engineers building the APIs they depend on. As an early member of the team, you will help shape our customer success programs and bring what you learn from customers into product decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, building trust with developers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders. - Understand each customer's use case, integration, and success criteria. Help them evaluate the APIs, resolve adoption barriers, and establish a path to production. - Use account and product usage data to identify declining adoption, technical risks, and growth opportunities, then work with customers on specific next steps. - Investigate technical questions using API documentation, sample requests, and usage data. Coordinate with Engineering and Support on deeper issues and keep customers informed through resolution. - Lead customer-facing programs such as endpoint migrations, product rollouts, and enablement. Define milestones, coordinate internal owners, and track customer readiness and completion. - Manage customer communications for product changes, deprecations, and outages, partnering with technical teams to provide accurate updates and clear guidance. - Build and improve the API customer success playbook, including onboarding, account reviews, customer health signals, escalation paths, and sales-to-CS handoffs. - Partner with Sales and account owners on renewals and expansion, using adoption, consumption, and business outcomes to demonstrate value and surface risks early. - Bring customer feedback into product planning and work with Developer Relations and Support on documentation and enablement that address recurring needs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing role at a technology company. - Technical fluency: comfortable reading API documentation, making API requests, interpreting responses and errors, and discussing integration questions with developers. - A track record of driving adoption, retention, or growth across a portfolio of customers, with clear ownership of follow-through. - Experience creating or improving a customer program, playbook, or cross-functional process, not only operating an established one. - Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly and communicate carefully when facts are still developing. - Sound judgment in balancing account needs with strategic projects, setting priorities, and moving work forward without a detailed brief. NICE TO HAVE - Experience with APIs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or usage-based products. - Familiarity with AI applications, search, retrieval, or agents, including how customers evaluate quality, latency, and cost. - Working knowledge of Python or SQL for reproducing issues, analyzing usage, or automating recurring work.
